Welcome to the website of Andre Cavanha LLC, owned and operated by Andre Cavanha Neto. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in any yoga classes or therapy sessions offered through this platform.

By accessing or using this website, booking a session, or making a payment, you agree to comply with these Terms.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Andre Cavanha LLC offers in-person and virtual yoga sessions, including both group classes and individual yoga therapy sessions. All services are provided for general wellness purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

All bookings are made through our third-party scheduling partner,Calendly.Sessions must be prepaid at the time of booking.We accept credit card payments through Calendly and payments for in-person sessions. All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel a session without penalty, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled session without notice) will also be charged in full. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and scheduling.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule a session per booking.

HEALTH DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY WAIVER

By participating in our classes or sessions, you confirm that: You are physically and mentally fit to participate.

• You have consulted with a medical professional, if necessary.
• You understand the risks involved and voluntarily assume all responsibility.

Andre Cavanha LLC and its representatives are not liable for any injury or health condition that may arise during or after participation in our services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, session materials, text, images, and videos, are the property of Andre Cavanha LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during all interactions, both in-person and online. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in denied service without refund.

AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon publication.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
