Yoga is my life. It’s not just movement—it’s a philosophy I strive to embody every single day. Originally from Brazil, I’ve been living in the U.S. since 2000, sharing the power of yoga with those seeking strength, healing, and transformation.

My journey began in 2007, and over the years, my passion for yoga only deepened. I sought out the most authentic teachings, which led me to the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, one of the world’s most respected yoga schools. It was there that I earned my second yoga teacher training certification and truly understood the profound, transformative potential of yoga. It was also there that I discovered Yoga Therapy, witnessing firsthand its ability to support healing and well-being. Inspired by its impact, I pursued specialized yoga therapy training to bring these life-changing practices to others.

Determined to bridge the gap between traditional yoga and the modern world, I created a system that makes this powerful and authentic practice accessible and practical for people in the West. My approach allows students to experience the true essence of yoga while integrating it seamlessly into daily life—so they can fully benefit from its transformative potential.

The results speak for themselves. My students have gained strength, improved flexibility, and developed resilience—not just in their bodies, but in their minds. They’ve found relief from chronic pain, anxiety, and stress. Many have overcome years of discomfort and limitations, experiencing newfound energy, better sleep, and a deeper sense of calm and connection.

By combining ancient wisdom with a modern approach, I help my students build strength, find balance, and heal from within. Whether through traditional yoga—designed to enhance mindfulness, mobility, and resilience—or Yoga Therapy, tailored to support those struggling with pain, stress, or chronic conditions, my goal is to create a practice that truly works for you.

Looking ahead, my mission is to make both yoga and yoga therapy more accessible. I’m committed to expanding my services, developing programs that bring the true essence of yoga into daily life, and building a community that fosters healing and growth.
